The RentGrazer.com website offers paid listing services for only $9.99 per listing. You may add additional features to your listing. The fee to list an entire apartment complex is only $29.99.

After logging into your account and completing a simple apartment listing form, you may upload your listing into our database exactly as you type it. RentGrazer.com does reserve the right to edit or reject a listing if it contains inappropriate content.

In order to place a listing you must:

1. Register a user ID and password.
   
   
2. Log into your account.
   
   
3. Click the "Ad New Listing" link while logged into your account.

Once you post a listing to the RentGrazer.com website you will automatically be charged for the listing. RentGrazer.com posts your ad immediately thus we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

You may edit your listing at any time by logging into your account.
